A leading airport operator, managing one of the world’s busiest international passenger hubs, aimed to redefine the VVIP lounge experience through a seamless, digitally enabled journey. Coforge reimagined the end-to-end digital ecosystem by modernizing legacy platforms, redesigning user experiences, and enabling centralized content and analytics capabilities. By migrating to a cloud-based architecture and implementing a headless, multilingual, and responsive framework, the airport enhanced guest engagement, improved operational efficiency, and unlocked new revenue opportunities through better lead generation and digital adoption.

The airport operator needed to deliver a seamless and premium digital experience for VVIP guests while improving operational efficiency and revenue generation. However, the existing digital ecosystem was fragmented across multiple platforms, including legacy Sitefinity implementations and a Gatsby-based corporate site, making content management complex and inefficient.
Managing multiple instances for different digital properties increased maintenance overhead and limited the ability to deliver a consistent brand experience. Additionally, the lack of centralized analytics, multilingual capabilities, and modern architecture restricted scalability and hindered efforts to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
