The objective was to design the strategy, build operations, manage talent, and ensure a seamless transition to a fully operational GCC.

The Challenge

The organization aimed to establish a GCC in India to drive enterprise-wide transformation, but required a strategic partner to manage the end-to-end journey. This included defining the GCC strategy, setting up operations, and building a scalable talent model aligned to business priorities.

The client needed to rapidly build capabilities in analytics and financial crime operations while ensuring access to high-quality, scalable talent. At the same time, there was a requirement to seamlessly transition operations and business processes from the Philippines and other global locations without disrupting ongoing operations.

Ensuring speed, operational excellence, and a structured transition model was critical. Without a well-orchestrated approach, the organization risked delays, inefficiencies, and challenges in effectively scaling the GCC.
